1st February 2016
Tuesday 9th February was Internet Safety Day; the classes learnt about how to stay safe on the internet. The children in Year 6 helped to teach the other classes by teaching them about online safety. Other children made posters and information leaflets. We also held a careers week, when lots of visitors representing local, national and international companies talked about their work, so that everyone could consider what they might do when they grow up.
Monday 29th Feb was the start of storytelling week! Mr Driver got us excited about storytelling by going round the classes and telling stories. The children in Oak class (year 5/6) made up stories and told them in groups to the younger children. In addition, Oak class will be starting reading with the foundation stage children soon.
